Adrienne McChesney

I am a Registered Dietitian, specializing in working with athletes and individuals with eating disorders. My approach is evidence-based, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe in creating a safe space where setbacks are met with support—not judgment—and where your goals and values guide the work we do together. In addition to working with adults, I specialize in supporting adolescents as they navigate their relationship with food and body image. I partner with families to help teens build confidence around food choices, understand what their body needs for sport, and create habits that promote growth and mental well-being.

I work with anorexia nervosa, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, orthorexia, and OSFED. In addition to having experience working with individuals with eating disorders on the residential treatment side, I am a board certified sports dietitian and work with athletes and active individuals who are overcoming disordered eating and consequences of RED-S.

I bring a deep understanding of how lifestyle, lived experiences and societal pressures impact mindset, recovery, and our relationship with food and body. I work with clients to find strength, balance and peace in how they nourish their bodies, work through restrictive food rules, and fuel for life, activity, or sport.
