She uses a non-diet approach to improve habits, creating long-lasting change, improved energy & increased sense of health and vitality!
As a working mom of three, I understand how the day to day rat race can affect your health. My aim is to help my clients find ways to prioritize their health within the constraints of their schedules. By avoiding diets & working through emotional baggage, we get to the root of food relationships and achieve positive, lifelong results.
