Do you struggle with your weight? Do you need help with diet & lifestyle to improve your blood sugar, blood pressure, or heart health? Do you need help planning balanced, healthy meals? Please note that I work with the adult population.
If you choose to work with me as your nutrition professional, we will work together to develop a personalized meal plan/pattern that meets your health and nutritional needs while including foods you enjoy. Each client has different needs/food preferences. Therefore, I don't have pre-made diet plans. A few, simple diet changes may be enough.
