I am a certified Nutritional Consultant who specializes in working with individuals, families and small groups. I take a wellness coaching approach to nutritional counseling which takes eating history, lifestyle, budget, cultural background and personal tastes into consideration. Together we will develop an eating plan which will identify and remove impediments to your success and quickly get you what you want.
I provide nutritional analyses and protocols, including recipes,cooking tips, detailed daily meal plans and time management strategies which incorporate the latest research on the benefits of natural foods, herbs and nutritional supplements to help each client succeed.
In addition to meeting clients in my office I offer the option of going for a walk while we discuss your nutritional needs and goals. I also meet with clients in the evening or on week-ends in order to accomodate the schedules of busy working adults and kids.
