My philosophy is an additive one with a focus on adding in the right nourishing foods. Ultimately, in this process, there are no foods that are off-limits. As more healthful foods fill your plate, there will be less room for the foods that aren't serving you well. I have a passion for cooking that I use to encourage my clients to get into their own kitchens. A connection to food through preparation is the ultimate key to long-term health and success.
I specialize in one-on-one nutrition counseling, family counseling, fitness partnerships, and corporate wellness. In one-on-one and family counseling, we will understand and evaluate your struggles with nutrition and find opportunities for improvement. Together, we will implement strategies for sustainable change.
