My ideal clients are women, teens, and young adults looking for a more peaceful, supported relationship with food, body, and health. Many come to June Nutrition Therapy seeking guidance through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, blood sugar concerns, eating disorder recovery, body image struggles, or chronic stress around food and wellness. Often, clients feel overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice, disconnected from their body, exhausted from dieting or anxiety around food, or simply unsure how to nourish themselves well during an important season of life.
