Many of my clients come to me feeling exhausted despite training hard, stuck in their performance, or unsure if they’re fueling enough to support their training. In many cases, this is related to underfueling or low energy availability, which can impact energy, recovery, and performance and may progress to REDs. Others are navigating pregnancy or postpartum and feel unsure how to meet their body’s changing needs while caring for their baby.
As a former collegiate athlete and mom, I understand these challenges firsthand and help clients move forward with clarity and confidence.
I specialize in helping athletes, active women, and new or postpartum moms restore energy, improve performance, and feel confident in how they fuel their body—especially in cases of underfueling, LEA, and REDs. I offer 1:1 virtual nutrition counseling, small group team fueling sessions, and sports nutrition education for teams and organizations.
