I support individuals ( both women and men) struggling with disordered eating, binge eating, chronic dieting, and those seeking a compassionate, non‑diet dietitian to help them heal their relationship with food. I support women entering and enduring menopause who are challenged to live in a body they do not recognize. Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by food rules, disconnected from hunger and fullness cues, or exhausted from years of trying to “fix” their eating. Together, we create a safe, supportive space to rebuild trust with your body and move toward a more peaceful, sustainable way of nourishing yourself.
Approach with intuitive eating, and is weight‑inclusive and trauma‑informed. I help clients reduce shame around food, understand emotional and behavioral patterns, improve digestive comfort, and develop flexible, sustainable eating habits without restriction. I collaborate with therapists, physicians, and treatment teams to support whole‑person healing.
