I have a clinical focus in women's health, environmental health, sports medicine, and mental health. I see patients for general medicine, chronic illness, women's health, hormone management, preconception care, weight management and therapeutic injection therapies.

I provide additional support with Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET), and Applied Kinesiology (AK). I have a passion for providing accessible medical care for under-served populations and teaching foundational lifestyle practices that promote patient empowerment.

As a naturopathic doctor, I specialize in prevention and treating the root cause of disease. It's my goal to provide information on how to stave off and treat disease and educate the patient with the tools necessary for continued health, longevity, and improved quality of life.

Treating the root cause is not just suppression of symptoms, it's discovering the root of suffering. "Dis- ease" is related to mind, body, and spiritual health. To heal we have to look at the whole picture and investigate under each layer of our unique existence. I facilitate patient empowerment through the gateway of health and managing the human condition
