I am an Expert Level MFR Specialist in John F. Barnes Myofascial Release, and have been practicing for 25 years as a massage therapist, and doing Myofascial Release exclusively since 2004. I come very highly recommended by many health care professionals, peers, and happy clients. I have an intuitive, gentle and very effective touch that gives healing, lasting results through applying the JFB-MFR principle. Trained in MFR I, II,III, Unwinding, Advanced Unwinding, Fascial Pelvis, Cervical Thoracic, Rebounding, Subtle Energy, Facial Cranium, Skills Enhancement and Therapy for the Therapist, Teaching Assistant, Study Group Leader and taking more courses regularly. I focus on trauma work and healing all manner of injures held in the fascial system to bring clients back to a balanced state. I'm also trained in swedish, oncology, lymphatic, deep tissue, trigger point, reflexology and pregnancy massage. I work often with joint replacements and other orthopedic conditions, as well as motor vehicle and sports injuries with astounding and lasting success. My office is located in lovely Watertown, Wisconsin, located between Madison and Milwaukee Wisconsin and I'm taking new clients.
