Since 2012, I have been helping clients move better, feel their best, and move with greater ease through personalized bodywork. I am the owner and sole practitioner of Creating Wellness Center, providing individualized care as a Licensed Massage Therapist, graduate of Lakeside School of Massage Therapy, and Master Myoskeletal Therapist.

My work focuses on Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy, therapeutic massage, restorative massage, and Reiki. Each session combines skilled hands-on techniques with a focus on improving mobility, reducing tension, supporting relaxation, and helping each client reach their individual goals.
