Kreg Greer

Kreg Greer gained his training and knowledge in part from years spent competing at the nationally-elite level in the sport of Speedskating. After retiring from racing he completed his B.S. in Sport and Exercise Science and went for additional schooling to become a Licensed Massage Therapist.This style of therapeutic massage takes a treatment approach involving the combination of soft-tissue therapy drawing from multiple techniques, kinesiology, and exercise science. The approach is based on the idea that not just one massage, stretch, or movement is right for every person or situation. That is why, through using a variety of techniques and methods, individual problems can be identified and addressed with the most beneficial session plan.Massage techniques used include Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic massage, trigger point work, cupping therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation (IASTM, or Gua Sha), stretching, and Sports Massage.
