My training includes a Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine, Bachelors of Science in Eastern Nutrition, over 1,500 hours of clinical acupuncture and herbology, almost 9 years of massage therapy, 11 years of aromatherapy, countless continued education, as well as independent study. I believe the body holds an innate ability to heal itself, but it is up to us to tap into it. Working with Mother Nature, the body and the mind combined can yield the best results. For this reason, your treatments include acupuncture, accessory modalities (massage, cupping, gua sha, tdp lamp, moxibustion, or other TCM techniques), nutritional advisement and/or dietary planning, herbal formula distribution, and referrals to appropriate treatments to improve the body’s condition (meditation, body movement, self-care habits, reform, etc).
