I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2004, Nationally Certified and trained in traditional relaxation and Therapeutic massage techniques in Phoenix, Arizona.

The main goal of my work is to help clients reduce stress, relieve pain, gain more flexibility, increase strength, and create a positive attitude towards their overall health and wellness.

The "Matrix" concept I may talk about, refers to the changing of ideas relating to muscle memory and the repetitive patterns that keep people in pain.
