I am a Licensed Massage Therapist graduating from Blue Sky School of Professional Massage and Therapeutic Bodywork in 2008. I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). At Blue Sky, I completed 832 hours in the Medical Track, including training in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Precision Neuromuscular Therapy (PNMT), Trigger Point Therapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Cancer/Oncology Massage, Lymphatic Massage, Chair massage, Prenatal, Reflexology and Sports Massage. I have completed continuing education in Hot Stone Massage, Cupping and Reiki. In June of 2015, I completed Medical Massage training at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Each massage is customized utilizing all of my education and training. I also incorporate hot stones, reiki, cupping and biofreeze/magnesium lotion as needed.
