I am a nataional, and state licensed massage therapist.  I have an educational background in Physical Therapy from Carroll College and furthered my education in massage therapy from Lakeside School of Massage. I have been actively practicing for 15 years. I am trained in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, Sports massage, reflexology, cupping, and theragun. I pride myself on offering a holistic massage experience.  I enhance the massage experience by providing education to my clients as to what is happening both inside and outside of their bodies so they can gain a deeper understanding of what needs to be done to help aleviate their problem areas and find balance.
