I was born and raised in Western Washington and spent the first 27 years of my life here. I have lived in other states while my (now retired) husband was in the Air Force but the Pacific Northwest is my home and I am so happy to be back here permanently. I have three school aged kids and a menagerie of pets. I love reading, baking, hiking, camping, beach combing, exploring new places, and spending time with my loved ones.
Growing up in Western Washington, I spent a lot of time near the salt water. From walking along the waterfront in Bellingham and Tacoma, to beachcombing on Whidbey Island, to camping at Kalaloch. The ocean has been my favorite place for as long as I can remember. It is where I feel a sense of calm and peace that I have not experienced elsewhere. My goal is to bring that same feeling to my clients, creating a space where healing can happen.
