Tim is originally from Amarillo Tx, but spent a lot of years traveling the world in the military. After he returned from service, Tim navigated the mental and physical obstacles of healing. After the VA failed, he turned to Holistic/ Integrative medicines. Tim then volunteered his time to show other veterans they had other options. Using his GI Bill, Tim earned a degree in Holistic/ Integrative Healthcare and a Certificate as a Holistic/ Integrative Health Practitioner in 2018. With focus on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Reflexology and the Healing Arts. Tim earned a certificate in Integrative Massage from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado. This 900 hour program touched on all modalities but focused on Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy and incorporating Joint Range of Motion (JROM) into treatments. Tim hopes to not only help you get moving, but also educate you about your muscles.
