Kad is a Licensed Massage Therapist with 18 years of experience working with sports related injuries. Being an athlete himself, he believes in the benefits of massage to help keep the body moving like it should. When clients finish a session with Kad, they usually noticed mobility that they did not know was missing and they have a better mind & body connection to help them understand how limitations have developed over time and not overnight. Kad likes to incorporate lymphatic drainage massage in with myofascial release, deep tissue, thai yoga massage and trigger point therapy. Combining these different techniques makes for a relaxing, yet effective massage in relieving tight muscles from everyday use or injuries from overuse.

Kad takes an informed and evidence-based approach with his practice; to ensure that his treatments are well rounded and functional for each client. His approach to treatment involves a full intake assessment to identify any conditions so that he is better able to treat his clients and focus on their specific and individual needs. Kad focuses on the prevention, rehabilitation and maintenance of those conditions and injuries as well as the relaxation and education of his clients. He offers home care plans that are individualized to each client to ensure that each of his clients can find relief at home as well as in the clinic.
