I offer Integrative Massage Therapy where I combine all of my disciplines to individually cater my services to the client. These integrative sessions feature Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release techniques as well as cupping and gua sha as requested. In addition to this blended approach, I also specialize in Ashiatsu (barefoot massage) and Myofascial Release as standalone treatments. I offer both of those disciplines individually and as a combined treatment.
