Welcome to BodySoulHealing - offering Massage, Cranio-Sacral Therapy (from infant to elder), and Family Constellations. Whether you are seeking bodywork as a way of regular self care, for (chronic) pain, after an accident or for inner peace, you will be in good hands. I draw upon a broad range of modalities to offer touch that is therapeutic and client-centered. Clients describe me as skilled, nurturing, and intuitive. I am aware of the uniqueness each person brings to my practice. Physical, mental and spiritual aspects are all part of our well being, as well as the body's wisdom to heal itself.

Cranio-sacral therapy, a gentle yet deep approach to healing, beneficial for: Headaches, Neck/Back Pain, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, TMJ Issues, Brain/Spinal Cord/Facial Injurie, Depression/Anxiety/Stress/PTSD, Deep Relaxation, CNS Disorder.

Balancing newborns/toddlers after long/short births, c-section, other interventions, latching issues etc.

Family Constellations: a healing modality integrating Western Psychology, ancient Tribal Knowledge, and the deep wisdom of our souls. Epigenetic studies revealed that traumatic experiences can be passed down the generations through genetic expression. In a constellation we uncover and acknowledge hidden dynamics. This work can happen in a group or 1 on 1.
