Alesia Regan-Hughes

Alesia Regan-Hughes, is a Certified Reiki Master in the Usui Lineage, under Marie Manuchehri and Houman E. Emami. Alesia is a natural intuitive, and is adept at moving energy through and around the subtle body. Healing sessions are deep, profound and transformative. During an energy healing/Reiki session, clients may experience warmth, tingling, and or pulsing, where her hands are placed, or gurgling in the stomach. These are indicators that Reiki energy is being received by the client. All treatment is done with the client lying on a massage table, fully clothed, while Alesia places her hands over, near, or on the body. During sessions, Alesia communicates intuitively with the client's higher self, transmitting the exact healing energy that is needed. As energy is drawn through Alesia's hands into the energy system and body, the client moves out of the analytical and typically more stressed state into a deeply relaxed state, where healing occurs. Reiki is beneficial for all ailments, injuries and pains, including emotional trauma. Imagine experiencing deep healing at all levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Although gentle, reiki is also extremely powerful and thorough. Following their sessions, clients typically report a lasting feeling of peace and well-being, as well as transformative shifts. Alesia typically incorporates sound healing through tuning forks, essential oils for deep relaxation, as well as creative guided visualizations into her sessions. She may also incorporate EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)/Tapping or EFT may be scheduled as a stand alone treatment for stress reduction, releasing trauma, enhancing memory and cognitive abilities, or to resolve chronic pain. Lasting results are an important cornerstone to Alesia's healing work, and she loves helping her clients to become more empowered, active participants in their own healing, through additional resources and education.
