I am honored and excited to explore how I can help you feel more at home, at peace and alive in your body.  Maybe you need just some nurturing touch or a good rub down to peel off the stress layers.  Or, maybe you have some chronic pain or limitation that you are seeking help and relief.  There are so many layers of healing that can happen through conscious, skilled, compassionate touch.  I have over 25 years experience working with many people, many bodies, many conditions...and I am still fascinated and in awe of the amazing powers of the body.  My current fascination is the new research on Fascia and I have shifted the way I work because of this new understanding of anatomy. I am excited about the repercussions to come (more research and help for many conditions via massage!) as I believe that just about all conditions can benefit from having our body...our fascia more responsive, our nervous system more alive, communicating, integrated...attuned!  My business name is "Attunement Arts" as it really does feel like working with each client is a creative artistic process..new in each moment.  "Attunement" means a reciprocal, collaborative listening.  I feel this quality when developed in the body..and in the world (!),  leads to greater possibilities for health and well being on many levels.
