Kristen has excellent assessment skills in determining contributing factors to pain, and has studied both conventional and non-conventional modalities through the course of her career. Treatments may incorporate Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, John F. Barnes Myofascial Release, Stecco Fascial Manipulation, Craniosacral Therapy (Uplegder and Milne), Tuning Forks, and Vacuum Cupping Therapy.
If you have long-standing pain, are recovering from injury, want to enhance your mobility or flexibility, or need a nervous system reset and deep relaxation, Kristen can draw from a number of different modalities to assist you.
When not working, Kristen can be found hiking in the North Cascades, paddleboarding or working in her garden.
