I'm an extremely specialized therapist focusing on injury management, post-surgery recovery, and complex or difficult cases. My approach blends some of the most effective modalities including Structural Integration and Myofascial Release with cutting-edge techniques such as Active Release Therapy and Neurokinetic Therapy. I use orthopedic assessment tools in my intake and try to have a good understanding of what structures are creating or contributing to an issue before I begin. While I'm happy to modify my approach to suit each patient, my specialty is not relaxation. none of my work is painful, but it can be intense. I keep an open dialogue with my patients while I'm working to help them understand what we're doing and why, as well as help me moderate intensity. After each treatment, I explain my findings and plan of care, giving my patients a specific timeline for healing and treatment goals.
