I strive to support my clients' desire to maintain a healthy and sustainable lifestyle amid life's routine rigors and everyday challenges.  I enjoy learning about each of my client’s individual needs and goals, whether it’s relaxation and general stress relief, or a desire to address a specific injury or area of pain that has been causing issues for them.  I can then work with that client to develop a unique plan specifically for them that will help to meet their goals and improve their well-being.  I'm privileged to be able to practice in two wonderful locations, JeSan Spa and Wellness Center in Arlington, WA, and Mill Creek Chiropractic, in Mill Creek, WA.
