Integrated Bodywork Solutions is a unique results-focused therapeutic practice.As a Certified Medical Massage Therapist, Neural Reset Therapy and Yoga Instructor, Allyson is committed to respectfully treating the fundamental wholeness of being.Postural alignment, range of motion, movement and pain patterns, surgery and injury, lifestyle and stress are some of the key factors explored while developing an individual treatment plan. A session may include therapeutic stretching, Neural Reset Therapy, (www.neuralreset.net) hot stone ond/or breath work, cupping, trigger point therapy, sports or deep tissue massage, reflexology, aromatherapy or relaxation massage. In addition to outstanding and transformative hands-on treatment, clients receive valuable education and information about the causes of muscular pain or dysfunction, as well as suggestions to relieve and correct these inhibitory patterns.Guided by the therapist , specific goals of treatment are decided by each individual client and may include: Clearing pain and restoring range of motion and muscle function in specific areas - especially the head, neck and jaw/TMJ, shoulders, and low back/sciatic pain;                                              Decreasing scar tissue and adhesions ;                                                                                                                                    Increasing lymphatic drainage to assist healing - especially post-surgery or injury;                                                                                             Relaxing the nervous system to improve and help regulate circulation, mood, sleep, energy, and organ function;                                                                                             And identifying specific exercises, stretches and practices to help reach and maintain optimal somatic balance.
