I have been a massage therapist for over 12 years. In that time I've moved toward a pain management style of massage where I tackle chronic and/or recurring pain patterns utilizing techniques such as trigger point therapy, SMRT a passive muscular release technique, and reflexology primarily to the feet and hands. My goal is to bring an experience to my clients to bring them to their best possible balanced state so the healing that their body is capable of can begin.
