I have been a bodyworker for over 20 years, trained in Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and Swedish massage. I also taught anatomy, physiology, and hands-on work for six years, and began studying CranioSacral Therapy and Somatic Experiencing, which together have become the focus of my practice.CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle technique that invites us to come home to ourselves on a core level. I sometimes describe it as a massage for your nervous system. We can work together to bring your body into a state of ease in your present day.
