I’ve been blessed with the use of may hands as tools to quiet the pains of the body. Each body is different and each session is tailored to meet the clients needs. I specialize in Deep Tissue with incorporating stretching to provide increased flexibility. Other modalities may be used such as Swedish, Myofascial Release, Muscle Release Technique, Medical Massage and Cupping.  I am a 2000 graduate of the Virginia School of Massage with additional training in Medical Massage. I am Board Certfied in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork,  licensed under the Board of Nursing and also a member of AMTA.
