Bianca Gaston graduated May 2021 from American Massage and Bodywork Institute. She is currently insured under AMTA and fully trained and experienced in providing Swedish Massage, Stretch, Deep Tissue and Prenatal Massage. Bianca is an advocate of self care and pursued massage therapy after receiving several massage therapy treatments and found it being helpful with relieving depression and anxiety symptoms. Bianca believes that we should all take care of ourselves even if it’s as little as 15 minutes but taking a moment for yourself is important to living a fulfilled life.
