My work lies at the intersection of nervous system regulation and pain relief.

Graduating from the Cayce Reilly School of Massage Therapy in 2017 gave me a profound respect for the body-mind-spirit connection. Through nine years of practice, I've come to understand massage as a collaborative healing effort between therapist and client. I enjoy caring for folks through a blend of neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue work, myofascial release, cupping, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, and energy healing.

When not in the treatment room, I'm probably picking flowers from the garden, making a home made meal, or at the beach with my dogs.
