About
I believe that massage is important to keep the body and mind healthy, and is an essential factor in healing and wellness. Massage can relieve pain and discomfort, decrease fatigue and anxiety, and enhance immunity and sleep quality. And it just feels good! I am a member of the AMTA, certified by NCBTMB, and licensed by the Virginia Board of Nursing. I received my training at American Institute of Massage, and have been practicing since 2008. I am skilled in a variety of modalities, including Swedish and deep tissue massage, prenatal, senior and therapeutic massage, and hot stones. I will work with you to create a treatment plan designed especially for your needs. My ADA compliant office is located in the Boulders Commons Building.
