I have been a practicing professional massage therapist since 1999. In that time, I have worked with countless people from all walks of life to help them recover from illness or injury without drugs or surgery. I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, have trained extensively in Chinese Medicine, clinical herbalism and nutrition with Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and I have a passion for using food as medicine.When I'm not working with clients or pursuing my degree, you can find me on a wooded trail with my dog, Uma or cooking something nutritious and delicious to share with friends.
