Hello! I’m a practicing LMT in Virginia, and have enjoyed many modalities including prenatal, trigger point, lymphatic drainage, Swedish, and NMT. Currently I work at a pain management clinic, and am passionate about building relationships with clients so we can begin a wellness plan with short & long term goals from session to session. A massage with me is custom to every person who gets on my table. I pride myself in introducing my clients to their own bodies every day!
