My focused sessions are always client-centered, while providing techniques to help clients feel a reduction in stress, pain, and discomfort after each session. While all sessions are therapeutic, no two massage sessions are the same. Whether it is your first massage, in need of something new, or need a new therapist due to relocation, I can help. In addition to being a Licensed and Board Certified Massage Therapist, I am also a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Practitioner, an Oncology Massage Specialist, and a Lymphedema Specialist. Especially during allergy season(s), I pair manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) for head, neck, and face with sinus pressure relieving techniques, and even face cupping to relieve sinus pressure and allergy congestion. This aids the body's natural immune response by increasing motility and flushing sluggish lymphatic fluids. Some clients need help with nervous system settling, for them I use somatic and trauma-informed techniques. I am currently booking far in advance and would be happy to hear from you.
