I am a licensed massage therapist dedicated to the well being of my clients. Through basic massage therapy techniques, I seek to help clients ease pain, discomfort, and/or anxiety they may be feeling. These techniques currently include: Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point, and muscle energy techniques. Working with clients and their body's inate ability to heal, I seek to help them restore their vitality and range of movement so that they can find ease of movement and relaxation in life.
