Meet Nessa Sandel! She has been a licensed massage therapist since 2016 after graduating from Central Maryland School of Massage of Frederick, Maryland. She is an intuitive and caring woman on a mission to help people heal after emotional or physical trauma, pregnancy, depression, anxiety, daily stress and to learn how to truly relax. She is a Reiki 1 practitioner, certified in Cupping, Reflexology, Hot Stone massage, Deep Tissue massage, Mayofacial release, Prenatal massage, Swedish and Therapeutic massage. Nessa hopes to bring you back to a more grounded and balanced state and share how you can apply this state of mind wherever you go. As a busy mother to three beautiful children, she understands how hectic life can become.
