She has worked in both the mental health and Chiropractic health fields, and aims to encourage self care and gratitude in her clients. Cathy addresses the unique needs of each client with the goal of bringing balance, awareness, and ease to their bodies. Her specialties include relaxation/Swedish, therapeutic, pregnancy, trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage.
