I practice counterstrain informed theraputic massage, meaning that I combine my continued study of the science and techniques of Fascial Counterstrain with traditional massage techniques, including trigger point therapy, relaxation massage and myofascial release. I find this combination to be extremely effective in the treatment, management, and often cessation of pain and physical dysfunction.
