I find that the integral approach to health is most rewarding; staying open to  what is possible, for the highest good. I have been doing massage therapy since 1980. Yoga therapy and teaching informs what i have to offer you. I integrate what i have learned from many modalities. More recently, the Egoscue Method of Postural Alignment, and Steven Weiss' Align by Design mixed with my background of Integral Yoga, Structural Yoga, and many bodywork modalities, including Tom Meyer's Anatomy Trains Myofascial work, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, and Body Centered Trauma Release.
