Offering Swedish, Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy, Raindrop Technique, Spinal Reflex Therapy, Reiki, Reflexology and Vitaflex, among many other things, to be added soon.  I am nationally certified as well as licensed/certified in MD, WV and VA (including Fairfax County, VA).Locations: Office in Chantilly, VA or Charles Town, WV area.In addition to massage, I presently teach group exercise, am a certified personal trainer through both NASM and AFAA and have earned my BA in Psychology and BS in Sociology.  I am presently working on an MS in Exercise Science & Health Promotion and will be entering a nutritionist program around the completion, while currently also teaching as an adjunct faculty through Frederick Community College.  As of April 2012, I am also teaching at the Central Maryland School of Massage, where I graduated from.
