Nate Alger

Whats up! My name is Nate Alger, born and raised in Virginia and extremely passionate about thriving in life, living it to the fullest, and helping others do the same. I love fitness, healthy living, reading, film/acting and I am also sing/songwriter and music producer.

In November of 2017, I was diagnosed with chronic lyme disease. When things got really tough, a friend recommended a massage therapist to me. They helped me a lot and I've been seeing them ever since. Among the MANY different things I've done for my health throughout the years, massage therapy helped ground me and helped me become aware of things that were going on in my body that I otherwise would not have known. A big reason I am able to function the way I do today is due to receiving massage/bodywork.

Years down the road, I reached a point in my life where I wanted to do something greater than myself. I wanted to help people become the best they can be. So after a little searching I realized I could do that through massage therapy, the same way my therapist helped me. Ever since I came to that realization it has given me a TON of joy to help anyone who comes to see me for a session.
