As a Licensed Massage Therapist of over seventeen years, and a Certified Yoga Instructor, I have comprehensive experience working within the therapeutic, care-giving, and wellness industries, and am dedicated to practicing and promoting the accessibility of massage therapies and Yoga instruction to people from all walks of life.I am currently practicing in the White River Junction area of Vermont, and with each massage session, my focus is to create a customized, integrated treatment plan to meet the physiological and emotional needs of the individual, incorporating multiple therapies such as Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Reflexology and Shiatsu, with specializations in Prenatal and Hot Stones Massage.I am an insured professional member of both the American Massage Therapy Association and Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals, and hold expertise in a variety of massage techniques.  With each session, I work in compassionate collaboration with each individual to ensure specialized, customized treatments and results-oriented wellness goals, all within a relaxing and stress-reducing environment.  As an anatomy and physiology enthusiast, I grow and maintain an extensive knowledge of massage contraindications and other pathologies to be aware of before, during, and after a massage session. Additionally, I am an FSMTB-vetted professional, and have worked in collaboration with Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Estheticians, Personal Trainers, and Acupuncturists, striving to incorporate massage therapy into each individual’s comprehensive and integrated wellness routines.
