I graduated from UCMT in 2012, completing the Professional Massage Therapy and Master Bodyworker Program. I hold a valid license in the state of Utah and am certified in over 10 different modalities.  My burning desire is to continuously offer  affordable therapeutic massage to the general public and make a difference in your life through the art of bodywork; by helping you manage and eliminate pain, stress, discomforts or ailments in your body and life. I want to help you find balance in your life and educate you about the importance of self-care. It is my belief that everyone needs massage and deserves time to escape the buzz of the world. Once the mind is able to relax the body will follow, we just have to make time and allow for that to happen. Massage is a great way to become more in tune with yourself and to become whole with mind, body and spirit. It's also beneficial while you make that journey to have guidance and support from an educated professional with your best interest in mind.
