As a massage therapist, I have worked in several demographics. I worked with the University of Montana-Western Wellness and Athletic Department with the college athletes. I have worked with professional athletes. I've also worked on ranches during hard seasons.Another modality I've worked with is  Cosmetic Surgery Aftercare doing deep tissue and manual lymphatic drainage. These same techniques have been applied to older surgical scars as well.Therapists often classify themselves as relaxation, deep tissue, or medical massage therapists; most modalities do fit in these categories.
