I am licensed to administer Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Sports, Swedish, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Cupping, Thai and Lymphatic Massage. I have a Master Degree in Exercise Science(Kinesiology) and I am also certified Corrective Exercise Specialist with National Academy of Sports Medicine and have been personal training for over 20 years.
