I am Hillary, a Licensed Massage Therapist passionate about making the benefits of massage accessible to people who are often overlooked in traditional wellness spaces. I believe massage is not just a luxury—it is a form of care, support, and restoration that everyone deserves. My practice was created with the understanding that many people carry physical and emotional stress every day, including caregivers, busy parents, working professionals, older adults, people with disabilities, and communities of color who have historically had limited access to wellness services that truly consider their needs. At Akin Massage, I create a welcoming and inclusive environment where clients of all bodies, abilities, backgrounds, and life experiences feel comfortable receiving care. Whether you are a stressed-out mom who rarely gets time for yourself, someone managing daily physical demands, an older adult seeking comfort and mobility support, or someone simply needing a moment to reconnect with your body, your wellness matters here. Massage can help reduce muscle tension, support relaxation, improve circulation, encourage mobility, and provide a much-needed opportunity to pause and care for yourself. Each session is customized based on your goals, comfort level, and individual needs using techniques such as Swedish massage, therapeutic work, stretching, hot stones, cupping, and other wellness approaches. My goal is to redefine what wellness looks like—not as something reserved for the wealthy, the perfectly fit, or those who already have access to self-care, but as something every person deserves. Akin Massage is about meeting people where they are and bringing healing, comfort, and restoration one session at a time.
