I'm a Neuromuscular Therapist with over 10 years of experience. I specialize in injury prevention and rehabilitation and chronic pain management. I continue to develop my skillset with continuing education courses and seminars with focus on holistic healing that looks at how factors such as diet, sleep, and mental health impact pain and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to get you the treatment you need.The center of my focus is the musculoskeletal system's relationship with the fascia network and nervous system to provide immediate relief, then shifting focus to lifestyle factors and health history to prevent your pain from coming back. I try my best to keep clients out of the endless therapy loop unless they wish to for preventative purposes. Unfortunately, some injuries and disease require life-long care, but the vast majority of my clients are able to achieve pain-free living, and I hope you will be one of them.
