Following the Thomas Myers' Anatomy Trains philosophy, I specialize in myofascial techniques that assist clients in recovery from injury and chronic pain - as gently as possible. As each client is different so are their needs.Thus, I also provide general relaxation massage as that is requested. My goal is to help facilitate healing for the client. With over 17 years experience, I have accumulated many skill techniques and honed my intuition to accomplish that.
